About
Hi, I’m Nisha. Thank you for stopping by!
I’m your local Perth-based NDIS Support Coordinator and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, here to make your NDIS journey a little easier and a lot more empowering. With a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Masters of Health Promotion and over 10 years of experience in the disability sector, I’ve learned that the NDIS doesn’t have to feel overwhelming; sometimes, it just takes the right person by your side.
Since moving to Australia from Nepal in 2014, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families living with disability in all sorts of ways. I started out as a support worker, support mentor, and therapy assistant, then worked as an NDIS Local Area Coordinator, and since 2021, I’ve been supporting people as both a Support Coordinator and Specialist Support Coordinator.
I speak English, Nepali, and Hindi, which helps me connect with people from all walks of life in a genuine and personal way. My approach is person-centred, practical, and solution-focused but most importantly, I bring warmth and positive energy to every conversation.
When I’m not working, I’m a mum to one beautiful (and very busy!) little human who keeps me on my toes. I love caring for my indoor plants, curling up with a good book, and catching up on my favourite Netflix shows whenever I get a quiet moment.
For me, Support Coordination isn’t just about organising supports; it’s about helping you feel confident, valued, and empowered every step of the way.

Our Services
We provide Support Coordination to NDIS participants of all ages, supporting a broad range of disabilities and needs including complex situations. Our services are available across Perth and surrounding areas, with flexible in-person and online support options.
How we Can Support You

Level 2&3 - Support Coordination
Support Coordination is all about helping you understand and make the most of your NDIS plan. We work alongside you to implement your plan, understand your funding, connect with the right providers and community supports, and build your capacity to make decisions and coordinate your supports independently. We’ll help you set clear goals, track your progress, and resolve any issues or barriers along the way.
For participants with more complex needs, Specialist Support Coordination provides a higher level of assistance. This includes intensive, tailored support to stabilise your situation, coordinate with multiple services such as health, housing, or justice, and manage crises or transitions like hospital discharge or housing changes. We take a strong advocacy approach to ensure your rights and needs are upheld, keeping you at the centre of all decisions while building pathways for long-term stability and growth.

Positive Behaviour Support
Positive Behaviour Support focuses on understanding the reasons behind challenging behaviours and creating practical, person-centred strategies to improve quality of life. Our approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and empowerment; working closely with you, your family, and your support network to identify what’s important to you and what helps you thrive.
We conduct thorough assessments to understand your strengths, needs, and environments, then develop tailored behaviour support plans that build new skills, increase independence, and reduce behaviours of concern in safe and supportive ways as well as improve your quality of life. For participants with complex needs, we provide ongoing monitoring, training for support teams, and collaboration with other services to ensure consistent, positive outcomes.
Our goal is to create meaningful change that promotes safety, wellbeing, and participation; supporting you to live a more fulfilling and confident life.
